A multi-national payment processing company based in the midwestern United States required vCPO support to centralize several project portfolios previously run by lines of business and various third party providers. The various portfolios would need to be assessed for alignment with strategic goals and formed into portfolios aligned with initiatives on the corporate roadmap. Operational and tactical deliverables included codifying work induction, demand managment and PMO operational procedures.

Results Summary
A portfolio of 60+ projects were inducted from various internal business units for assessment and placement into roadmapped IT portfolios. The veeSuite vCPO professional coordinated with business leadership as well as third party resources to complete roadmapping operations. Additionally, the vCPO provided the customer with revised procedures for work induction, project change control and demand management.
