Results Summary
A veeSuite assessment team found that the client’s resource demand management approach was ad-hoc and strongly influenced by personal and intra-team relationships rather than business priority. The vee Suite vCPO utilized findings to develop work induction processes to properly categorize scope, cost and rigor in a manner that more closely reflected business priority. Implementation of the program was then applied at the tactical level to improve program and project resource orchestration. Based on the demand management program implementation the veeSuite vCPO provided the client with several portfolio software management software options including module upgrades to the existing system and conversion to a new system with more robust resource/demand management functions.
