Results Summary
In a resource augmentation role, the veeSuite vCIO professional acted as a liason between the office of the CIO (OCIO) and the IT project manament office (PMO) under the Chief Financial Officer. The primary focus of the engagement called for refinement of the portfolio of projects under technology portability and data security initiatives. The engagement was successful in developing enterprise-wide standards for portability, mobility and stored data encryption. At the tactical level the veeSuite vCIO professional was also integral in the implementation of standards associated with corporate network hardware and capital expense reporting for IT hardware acquisitions.
