Results Summary
All objectives for the engagement were successfully completed with negligible delays and on-budget. The veeSuite vCIO and vCPO were able to develop appropriate operational procedures and integrations to streamline and enhance financial alignment of IT delivery for corporate sites as well as business acquisitions operations. Project management office operational frameworks, ancillary change control and demand management initiatives were also successfully completed resulting in improved KPIs related to project delivery timelines and budgetary compliance. As liason to the office of the CISO (OCIO) the vCIO enhanced the vulnerability management and remediation operational processes.
