Results Summary
Working around resource constraints brought on by the results of pandemic conditions, the engagement experienced mixed results in service delivery. Requirements for disaster recovery site, system automation, infrastructure PMO and cloud migration completed successfully, several initiativesexperienced scope reduction in response to industry uncertainty at the time. In response, the veeSuite vCPO coordinated with executive counterparts and technical resources to determine the minimum viable product for each initiative given the changing conditions.
