The primary deliverable for the engagement was successfully completed. The CIO was initially engaged to understand business goals as well as technology planning horizon detail. Technology executives responsible for affected infrastructure areas of business were then interviewed to provide input into a customized decision rubric. The resulting decision matrix and resuling program/project portfolio prioritzation was then presented and approved by the client.
